Responsibilities:

• Design, implement and articulate Cohesity solution both to customers and internal stakeholders

• Provide expert sales & technical assistance by clearly articulating technology to both business and technical users

• Enable customers to integrate with Cohesity products into their existing production environments

• Communicate Cohesity's roadmap and future direction to the customers that align with their business needs

• Develop and deliver product demonstrations, workshops, white papers and proposals

• Design and perform POCs to prove out both the technology and the value Cohesity technology delivers

• Identify technical issues and drive to closure to ensure CSAT

• Work with the Product Management and Engineering to define new requirements and deliver solutions based on customer requirements

• Provide technical expertise to the field teams and customers

• Provide Competitive intelligence to Sales, Marketing, Engineering & Product Management teams

Responsibilities:

• Solution sizing, design & implementation as per Capacity, Performance & Continuous Availability (RPO/RTO/SLA) requirements with Dell technologies Products & Services

• Solutions integration with technologies Cloud solutions, Hadoop, Docker, Kubernetes & Openstack

• POC & POT of solutions & features for both Internal & new potential customers

• Design, Solution & Implement Custom-Hybrid storage solutions with a combination of Dell & Non-Dell products to provide the best solution for the given requirements

• Design and execute migration methodologies from Non-Dell Products to Dell Products using industry-standard tools

• Develop processes, tools and techniques to serve customer’s needs and enhance their infrastructure performance

• Solutions integration & workflow automation using REST API, Shell, PowerShell & Python scripts

• New Product/feature Alpha & Beta testing and pre-release documentation review

• Review & Publish Whitepapers, KBs, guide & blogs

• Planning and evaluating complex customer environments to maintain and improve customer’s infrastructure using Dell Technologies Solutions

• Mentoring & training technical staff across the globe on various technologies & products

• Conduct Training, Brown Bags & Knowledge sharing sessions

• Member of multiple internal teams like India COE Automation, Cloud Automation, TCE/QA Isilon Team, etc

• Represent Dell Remote PS in SI Customers & Partners meet, EBCs, Gartner Conferences, Summits, etc

• Global PowerScale/Isilon and UDS SME Team
